Being a part of the movement to end sexual violence is not easy. We have joined this movement as survivors, significant others, and advocates—each of us making a difference in the best way we know how and often we have a hard time taking time to take care of ourselves. On April 20, as we near the end of Sexual Assault Awareness Month, let’s take time to reflect and celebrate the work we’ve done and think about how we can sustain ourselves for the future.
This self-care workshop is an opportunity to meet other community members involved in the movement, while also learning skills to be your best self. The workshop will be held in both English and Spanish.
This event is free and open to the public. Please fill out the Google form linked in “Find Tickets” to RSVP. Please let us know if you need any accommodations in order to attend, and feel free to contact [email protected] with any questions.
