Note: This event is reserved for youth only. If you are interested in supporting SIM CAMP we are actively looking for volunteers!

Since becoming President, Donald Trump has passed a series of executive orders that will continue to criminalize immigrant communities. Aside from his infamous wall, the Muslim ban, and the continuation of the Dakota Access and Keystone pipelines, Donald Trump will give more funding to Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) and withhold federal funding from sanctuary cities. Our communities are under attack, and we need to protect and defend ourselves at all costs!

If you are undocumented, and afraid for yourself for your family, if you are an immigrant, or the child of undocumented folks, and you’re afraid, or if you want to support immigrant youth in the resistance, this is the place to be.
The time to fight back is now. The time to be in community is now. We can’t afford to be in the shadows any longer!

Come to SIM CAMP, and be part of a movement of people dedicated to fighting for the rights of immigrant communities! This year’s we will continue to create spaces where all identities are uplifted; where you can get college access support and know your rights information; AND we are going to strategize and break down our Defend and Defy campaign. You won’t wanna miss it.

WHEN: March 11, 9am-March 12, 4:30pm
