Don’t miss the Melaza World Premiere!
Melaza: A dance theater piece that explores the relationship between Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, and the United States- as it pertains to race, language, and the socioeconomic and political status that propels the constant migration.

UPDATE!
We are all concerned about Puerto Rico, as it was hit by the worst hurricane in over a century. Hurricane Maria left the entire island without electricity, water, and has taken the homes of thousands of Puerto Ricans. The country is completely devastated. Puerto Ricans will not be able to return to work until further notice.

Danza Orgánica is dedicating the World Premiere of Melaza to the survivors of Hurricane Maria. Here is how you can get involved:
1. Buy an online ticket linked to a specific donation level.
2. Come to the show and make a donation on the spot.
3. At the show there will be artistic offerings by guest artists, an art sale, and a silent auction. Get involved!
