Art+Feminism Wikipedia Edit-a-thon
Sunday, June 11 2017
11 am–4 pm
Mills Gallery at the BCA South End Campus

Join Boston Center for the Arts for a Latin American Art + Feminism Wikipedia Edit-a-thon in the Mills Gallery on June 11, 2017. This event celebrates BCA’s current exhibition “Alida Cervantes: Majas, cambujas y virreinacas”, which features works by an emerging Mexican artist working on the San Diego/Tijuana border. We will be adding to and improving articles on modern and contemporary Latin American and Latinx artists, though no one will be discouraged from editing articles that deal with other intersections of art and feminism.

The edit-a-thon will include tutorials for the beginner Wikipedian, ongoing editing support, reference materials and refreshments.
