On Thursday, July 13, Francisco was detained by ICE officials during his check in. We call on Governor Charlie Baker to ask for his support for Francisco Rodriguez’s immediate release from detention and to weigh in personally with DHS to stop Francisco’s deportation. We are demanding that ICE stop this deportation so that Francisco can present new facts about his asylum claim and be allowed to support his family as they prepare to welcome a new baby. #HereToStay
