Last year we planted the seeds for change. Now come join The City School as we go back to our roots and reconnect with our pledge for advocacy and equity at Celebrating Change!

Date: Thursday May 11
Time: 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. (Doors open at 6:00 p.m.)
Location: Non-Profit Center, 89 South St., Boston, MA 02111

These are challenging political times that require us to grow. As leaders for social justice, it is important we go back to our roots to re-discover our commitment, resistance, and resilience. For 23 years, The City School has been building leaders to challenge the forces that still push our communities down. Youth who think critically about social justice and the world around them become the leaders that are needed for the future of our society.

At this year’s Celebrating Change event, we are delighted to honor alumni who have stayed connected to their roots and are making a difference in the world.

We hope our whole community can join us as we obeserve this critical moment, and as we celebrate our alumni advancement in pursuing justice.

Whether you are a current or past TCS youth, Summer Leadership Program grad, parent, community member, adult ally, or board member, we hope you will join us for this celebration!

Tickets are available online (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/celebrating-change-back-to-the-roots-2017-tickets-34095623929?aff=ehomecard) or at the door. Please buy online in advance if you can!
